FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 16

  • 3:30-6:00pm: Set up and drop off
    • Baked Goods and items for Cake Walk to Kenney Hall
    • Silent Auction & Basket Booth items to the Gym

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 17

  • 4:00pm: SPECIAL MASS TIME
  • 5:00-7:30pm: Taco Dinner Catered by Acapulco, margarita bar, beer, wine coolers, sweet treats, & pull-tabs!
  • 7:30-10:00pm: Bonfire & Movie on the Ball Field

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 18

  • 9:30am: Mass
  • 10:30am-3:30pm: ALL EVENTS OPEN!
    • Food Booth, French Fries, Kiddie Land, Books/Media Booth, Sweet Treats, Cake Walk, Pull-tabs, Beer, Silent Auction, & Basket Booth
  • 12:00pm: Bingo in the Gym
  • 12:00pm Bean Bag Tournament on Front Lawn

Raffle Tickets are $5 each X 25 tickets/book = $125 total value

Cash prizes total $7,000: 1st – $3,000; 2nd – $2,000; 3rd – $1000; 4th – $500; 5th – $250; 6th – $250
